Devlog Number 3.

Hello, i just wanted to announce that we have reached a state in wich the game is playable. Version 0.4.0 adds a tutorial map and lets the world fell lived in by adding a lot of new NPCs and Quests. The main story line still only consists of one single quest but there are going to be more added later.  We fixed a lot of bugs.
